We are pleased to welcome Hirokazu Yatsunami, a Curatorial Supervisor from the Idemitsu Museum of Arts, who will share insights on the history of Kakiemon works and why they are valued worldwide. After the lecture, join us for a cocktail party with light snacks and drinks.
This exhibition will feature works from the 15th generation of Sakaida Kakiemon, representing Arita ware, displayed harmoniously with furniture. The exhibition will tour Tokyo, Paris, and New York, showcasing the charm of Kakiemon through traditional crafts and the unique approach of AREA. Enjoy a special space where daily life meets traditional craftsmanship.
